About Me
Hi, I’m Nzinga Anderson, founder and creative force behind Nzee’s Sweet Creations—a story driven luxury custom cake and dessert brand specializing in edible art that transforms personal stories, personalities, and milestones into unforgettable celebration experiences.
What began at just 12 years old, when I started baking to save for college, has grown into over a decade of experience as a pastry chef, cake artist, and entrepreneur. Today, my work is recognized for its artistry, intention, and ability to make each celebration feel deeply personal.
From milestone celebrations to corporate experiences, my work has allowed me to create for esteemed clients and organizations including Good Morning America, WPP Media, Kings County Supreme Court, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, among others.
I am a proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where I earned a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts and Applied Science. While my education and professional experiences have played an important role in my growth, I know that my ability to create, innovate, and build this business is ultimately a gift from God. My faith has been the foundation of my journey from the very beginning long before I ever stepped into a professional bakery or a college classroom.
At the heart of my work is the intersection of creativity, storytelling, entrepreneurship, and connection. Whether I’m designing a cake that captures someone’s personality, creating an experience around a milestone, or using my journey to inspire the next generation of creatives and entrepreneurs, I’m passionate about turning ideas and stories into something tangible, meaningful, and unforgettable.
